Country music superstar Brian Kelley, a native of Ormond Beach and a member of the Florida Georgia Line, will perform at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, April 21 at the Daytona Beach Bandshell as part of the LIVE! To the Bandshell series.
Teamed with Florida Georgia Line partner Tyler Hubbard, Mr. Kelley has led a push in the evolution of country music since 2012, blending unmistakable hooks and edgy vocal harmony with hip-hop, pop and rhythm-oriented rock, as well as a party spirit.
Together, they’ve amassed 18 No. 1 singles and over 13.2 billion global streams, and they’ve sold over 40 million tracks and 4.7 million albums worldwide. They are the only country music group to achieve two diamond-certified singles in the genre’s history.
Making his solo debut on Warner Music Nashville/Nashville South Records, Inc., Mr. Kelley became a chill-country champion. His first extended play takes listeners into the depths of an artist who was born to make waves, right from the start. BK’s Wave Pack is the first salty taste of this new chapter – four songs co-written as sandy vocals with a wave of nostalgic romance. Rooted in the soul of the beach, it was co-produced with Corey Crowder.
Mr. Kelley’s childhood revolved around the waterfront. It has always been the place where his soul is most at peace, and even after his career took off, he never forgot it.
Tickets can be purchased online at ticketmaster.com or between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday at the Peabody box office at 600 Auditorium Blvd. Prices for seated tickets are $94, $75, and $54, and general admission (without seat included) is $19 plus applicable fees and $29 on the day of the show.
