Fireworks, country music, F-35s at Provo’s Stadium of Fire

PROVO, Utah (ABC4) — Grammy-winning artist Tim McGraw, accompanied by special guest Marie Osmond, will perform at America’s Freedom Festival in Provo on Saturday night.

Iconic music stars will celebrate Independence Day weekend with 45,000 people in attendance at LaVell Edwards Stadium.

McGraw returns by popular demand after a sold-out performance in 2016.

The country music star is one of the most successful artists in country music history, selling over 80 million records worldwide and dominating the charts with 44 number one singles. He is also an author, actor and philanthropist.

McGraw has been the most performed country artist since his debut in 1992.

The music giant will accompany local Utahn, Mari Osmond, who is a three-time New York Times bestselling author, also known as a bestselling singer, television performer and talk show host, dancer, actor, author, entrepreneur and lecturer.

In addition to musical guests, the event will host the Golden Knights Skydivers, as well as an exciting F-35 flyover from Hill Air Force Base.

The festival will feature “breathtaking stunts and fire effects” to enhance the largest stadium fireworks show in the United States

A live stream of Stadium of Fire will be available to more than one million men, women and their families in more than 100 countries through the United States Forces Network.

Combined with the Grand 4th of July Parade and the Freedom Days Vendor’s Market in downtown Provo, nearly half a million people attend Freedom Festival events over Freedom Day weekend. Independence.
