Located next to Myatt Fields at Camberwell, Longfield Hall, “exists to meet the changing needs of our local community.”

Built by the Minet family in 1889, the hall is Grade II listed and run by the Longfield Hall Trust, a group of local community volunteers.

They have a varied program of RashDash theatre, classical music and contemporary dance coming up in April and May – scroll down to see what’s on:

It may even be necessary to make a small detour to the musical and the cabaret! This is the first of what we hope will be a series of classical music concerts led by Emma Jüngling which will bring more talented and professional classical artists to Longfield Hall.

We are delighted to have Madeleine back! Fun and easy-to-follow dance lessons include lots of rhythms and a fusion of different styles of music, from merengue, salsa, cha cha, rock ‘n roll, flamenco, Asian dance to tango. Helps improve your mobility, posture, coordination and energy level. Choreography focusing on balance, range of motion and coordination. Voice of Longfield
Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
New members are always welcome to our friendly and inclusive community choir. Singing is great for improving posture, breathing, and generally increasing happiness levels! The choir is led by local soprano Hannah Boxall and sings a wide range of repertoire. Come and try or contact Catherine for more information. The next session after Easter is Wednesday April 20. Membership is free.
