Ok, Halloween is over so that means the pre-Christmas season officially starts today! We don’t have the distraction of Thanksgiving to get in the way, unlike our American cousins across the pond, so it’s time to get down to some serious holiday shopping. Country music fans are a special breed, so we thought we’d give you some tips on what to do to ensure the Stetson carries a southern-loving country fan in your life.
Tickets for the C2C festival in London
Europe’s biggest country music festival takes place every March at the O2 Arena in London. Three days to immerse yourself in Country music of all styles and sounds. There is wall-to-wall music around the O2 from 10:30 a.m. until the early hours. A Yeti cooler or travel mug
How many country music songs have you heard that mention loading up the Yeti with ice cream and beers? It is an iconic brand that is now present in the UK. I bought a Yeti travel mug at the Long Road festival in August and it’s a great kit to keep my coffee hot on long walks with the dog. You can also buy their iconic coolers for picnics or fun days on the beach. Browse the Yeti store here
A country music icon in Funko Pop form
Funko Pops seem to have taken over the world in recent years. Most movie franchises, TV shows, and culturally significant personalities can be found in Funko form, as can some iconic country music artists. You can get Elvis, Willie Nelson, and Johnny Cash in Funko Pop form on Amazon.

A record player
Country music is best experienced on vinyl, whether it’s something modern like Carly Pearce’s recent “29: Written in Stone” or something more classic like Johnny Cash’s live album Folsom Prison. , it’s a genre perfectly suited to vinyl. HMV has a good range of record players from £79 and up here
cowboy boots
A great idea for the cowboy or cowgirl in your life. Perfect for festivals, concerts, parties or just snacking on Greggs for a sausage roll! Wear them with pride! Ariat is one of the leading boot brands and has a UK oriented website now too.
A baseball, trucker or bucket hat
A Stetson, really? United Kingdom? Going to a fancy dress party? I’m going to let you in on a secret. Stetson hats in this country are kind of ridiculous and let’s not get into the whole issue of the people behind you at the gig who can’t see! However, there’s nothing wrong with a cool baseball cap or trucker cap. Spreadshirt has cool designs for many different hat styles, including beanies! Make the right choice of headgear!

A nice little bottle of bourbon whiskey
You can keep your single malts and Irish whiskeys ‘peated’, any self-respecting country fan knows the action is in the bourbons. Most major supermarkets now carry a decent range of bottles, but if you want to dig a little deeper beyond brands like Buffalo Trace and Makers Mark, you can browse a myriad of options here.
Etsy is your friend!
