Whiskey Dixon brings alternative and avant-garde country music to Alton

ALTON — Country band Whiskey Dixon will take the stage at Fast Eddie’s Bon Air, 1530 E. 4th St., in Alton from 7:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. on Friday, March 11.

Formed in March 2008, Whiskey Dixon takes an alternative and forward thinking approach to the new national market and since 2008 they have made a name for themselves.

Whiskey Dixon appeared again in 2017 for the 8th time on the 15th ClearChannel 93.7 The Bull Float Trip, which is the band’s affiliate radio station. In recent years they have shared the stage with Chase Rice, Frankie Ballard, Craig Morgan, Brett Aldridge, Gloriana and Daryl Worly.


Other artists they have worked with over the years include Jason Aldean, Jake Owen, David Nail, Hunter Hayes, Craig Campbell and John Anderson.
